Our high quality IQF frozen fruits and vegetables are produced using the most advanced technological methods available.

Raw Materials

Extensive crop auditing procedures by our agronomists to ensure we get the best crop for our customers.
Fruits and vegetables are collected from our farms and contract farms to obtain the freshest product.

Receiving & Selecting

Receive and select only the freshest products in terms of quality and size. Our well-trained workers start the selection process according to the specifications of the products.

Sterilization, Washing and Sorting

The product goes through a three-stage washing process to ensure the best results.
For vegetables, after washing and cleaning, the product is effectively bleached according to its specifications.
A second check is performed to ensure that all products meet the standards.

IQF Freezing

Our IQF freezing tunnel is the latest technology on the market ensuring the highest food safety standards for our customers. The quality of the original product is maintained because IQF keeps the look, taste, color, aroma and texture intact for defrosting.

Packaging

The product is weighed for packaging.
All products pass through a metal detector as a mandatory step.
At Alpha Frost we can do all types of packaging. Packages are labeled with product information and date of manufacture.

Shipping

We take care of every aspect of our frozen products so that they reach our customers’ hands safely. M.A Group strictly adheres to the agreed upon delivery dates.
The containers that will transport the frozen products are thoroughly cleaned and temperature tested before loading.
